Formed: The group came together in 2025 by former members of Hot Rod Boogie and The Devotions just trying to stay musically inclined by hanging out and experimenting with different styles of music.

What’s your favorite local venue to play — and why?

La Bang Bang in Downtown! The food is bomb and the crowd gets pumped! Also, they’re pretty much the only place that knows we exist and our only two shows have been there. Did I mention the food is fire?

If you had to describe your sound without using a genre label, what would you say?

I would say something cliché like, a conversation of melodies shaped by tradition and culture that’ll make any ass move.

What do you do when the song isn’t coming — push through, scrap it or something else?

When the song isn’t songing, we usually put it in the musical junkyard and use it for spare parts later on.

If someone is seeing you live for the first time, what should they expect?

People can expect to feel the bass thunder through their chest while the drums beat through waves of samba, cumbias and hip-hop, all while the guitar layers melodies of traditional boleros, cumbia and mariachi. No lyrics, all beat.
